Imagine, if you will, your computer suddenly starts making a weird noise....a noise you've never heard any computer make.

While you can't quite figure out what the noise is, you describe it as a strange hissing noise with an occasional thump sound.

I'm sure any tech worth his beans would be puzzled by that description.

Apparently one tech went out to service such a call and after removing the casing, found the cause.
